I completed my studies at Edinburgh College of Art gaining a BA (Hons) Degree in Painting and then received my MFA in 2D/Painting from the School of Art and Design, Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, Illinois, USA.  Drawing and painting form the primary focus of my art practice, but I also have experience in printmaking, photography, installation, sculpture, and digital media.  In addition to creating my own work, I also undertake workshops and provide private tuition.
